Community Form


Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) families and community members are encouraged to attend a Community Forum and Information Fair hosted Tuesday night by the Jefferson County Board of Education (JCBE). The event will be held at Central High School (1130 W. Chestnut Street), beginning at 7 p.m.

The event is an added opportunity for the community to be involved in and informed about the transformative work happening in JCPS. During the event, families will have the opportunity to meet with their JCBE members and district leadership as well as share additional feedback during the community forum portion of the event.

Additionally, more than a dozen JCPS team members will be available at tables to answer questions and provide information to families about several topics, including:

  • Academies of Louisville
  • Backpack of Success Skills
  • Early Childhood
  • Exceptional Child Education
  • Facilities
  • Gifted & Talented
  • Help Desk
  • Human Resources
  • Nutrition Services
  • Racial Equity
  • School Culture & Climate
  • Social/Emotional/Health Supports for Students
  • Student Assignment
  • Transportation Services
