Comprehensive School Survey

Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) will conduct the 2017 Comprehensive School Survey (CSS) during February 1, 2017 – March 24, 2017.

If you are both a parent and a staff member, you will be completing two surveys. Our goal is to reach out to all parents and staff. The surveys are a valuable district resource in identifying specific needs and successfully crafting strategies to ensure success for JCPS. Click on the appropriate link and you will be taken directly to that survey.

Parent/Guardian Survey:

If your child(ren) are in Pre-K/Early Childhood, please select the Early Childhood Center your child attends (if it is available on the list) or simply select Early Childhood.

ALL Employee surveys are confidential and not linked to employee number, login ID, email address, or any other identifiable item!

School Based Certified:

School Based Classified:

Non-School Based Certified & Non-School Based Classified:
Non School Based Classified & Certified Employees and the employee groups have been broadened to better safeguard anonymity. (Bus drivers are considered Non School Based)

Due to the anonymous nature of the CSS Employee Survey, we are unable to identify which employees have submitted a survey. Please disregard this reminder if you have already completed the CSS Employee or Parent Survey for the 2016-17 school year.

It is only with the great help of people like you that our surveys can be successful. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Data Management, Planning and, Program Evaluation Department at 485-3036.

Although every effort is being made to encourage parents to complete the survey online (preference), we are still keeping the access for paper-and-pencil.

Previous year’s CSS results are available on the JCPS website.
