He’s Back! Again!
Parent/Child Concerts With David Kisor!
“I can do it. I can do it. I can do it”
“I keep on working until I figure it out, figure it out, figure it out.”
You may have heard your child singing these words at home. These words are from songs that they have been singing in their classroom, songs that teach, reinforce and internalize messages that we want children to tell themselves.
David Kisor, the composer and performer of these songs,
will be returning to present two free concerts for JCPS students, families and friends.
Friday, February 8th, 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Saturday, February 9th, 11:00 am-12:00pm
Sallie Durett Auditorium at Male High School
4409 Preston Highway
Each family that attends the concert will receive a free set of David’s CDs. These CDs will give you the opportunity to sing the songs at home with your child.
This will be a fun time, a time that provides some quality parent/child “together time.” If you attended before, come again and have some more fun! Mark your calendars and plan on attending one of the concerts.
- If you plan to attend the Friday night concert, please arrive early for parking. That is Male High School’s homecoming and parking may be limited!
- He will perform at Goldsmith on Friday, 2/8 during the school day for the students.
